1850 Industrial Street, Los Angeles, CA 90021
Biscuit Company Lofts is the award-winning Linear City, LLC conversion of the historic West Coast Nabisco bakery into 104 authentic live/work lofts and on serious French bistro. Biscuit complements the other loft buildings on the street and further transforms Industrial Street into a vital, energetic neighborhood and a real community of interested urbanites.
Biscuit lofts range from 625 square feet to 3,496 square feet over, one, two or three floors, and feature high ceilings (13 – 28 feet), remarkable natural light, and hardwood floors. Many of the lofts have private outdoor space and some have wood-burning fireplaces and skyline views. Beautiful historic building façade, and the world-class 75-foot saline lap pool with fire pit, bbq’s and silver dollar eucalyptus trees. 24 hour attended entrance and package reception, and on-site parking.
Biscuit is LA Historic Monument No. 888 and is a Mills Act building with property taxes reduced hundreds to thousands of dollars per month and in the range of 60 to 80 percent.
Each loft features a spacious floor plan flooded with natural light, sturdy steel frame construction, exposed brick walls, thick hardwood floors, industrial scale windows and oversized doors. Lobbies and corridors are enhanced by ornamental concrete and sandblasted brick, cooper doors and vintage lamps.
